Expanded team will increase access to comprehensive adult primary care in Carver County communities
Lakeview Clinic is pleased to welcome Emma Leirdahl, MD; Alison Vecellio, MD and Hannah Schull, MD, to its Internal Medicine team in September. Appointments are available with Dr. Leirdahl and Dr. Vecellio beginning mid-September at Lakeview in Chaska and Waconia. Scheduling is also available for Dr. Schull, who will see patients at Lakeview in Waconia and Watertown beginning in mid-October.
The addition of these three physicians expands access to comprehensive, relationship-based primary care for adults across Lakeview Clinic’s communities.
Meet Lakeview Clinic’s New Internal Medicine Physicians
Emma Leirdahl, MD, joined Lakeview Clinic in early September and will care for patients in Chaska and Waconia. She earned her undergraduate degree in Genetics, Cell Biology and Development, her Master of Public Health in Cancer Epidemiology, and her medical degree from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Leirdahl completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in 2025 and remained for an additional year as Chief Resident. Her special interests include common skin conditions, geriatrics and palliative medicine.
Alison Vecellio, MD, joins Lakeview Clinic in mid-September and will see patients in Chaska and Waconia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Madison and her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Her special interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management and point-of-care ultrasound.
Hannah Schull, MD, will join Lakeview Clinic on September 30 and will care for patients in Waconia and Watertown. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Bethel University and attended medical school at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She completed her Internal Medicine training at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in June 2026. Dr. Schull enjoys helping patients navigate complex and chronic health conditions, values long-term patient relationships and has interests in procedural care and dermatologic conditions.
