CFCC Welcomes New Executive Director

Erin Larson has been appointed the new executive director of the Community Foundation for Carver County (CFCC).

“I am honored to take on the role of executive director and deepen my connection with this incredible community that means so much to me,” Larson said. “I look forward to collaborating with community partners and inspiring generosity and philanthropy through the Community Foundation for Carver County.”

Larson brings extensive experience in fund development, marketing and strategic planning to her new role, along with a track record of fostering organizational growth and community engagement. Her previous roles include fund development manager at We Can Ride, marketing leadership at Teach For America, development efforts at Mission Animal Hospital, and research and development for the Orono Foundation for Education.

Donna Stacken, board chair of CFCC, expressed her enthusiasm for the organization’s new leader.

“Erin’s deep passion for our mission and her wealth of experience will be invaluable as we work to expand our impact in Carver County,” Stacken said. “We look forward to the Foundation’s bright future under her leadership.”

Steve Joul, president and chief executive officer of CommunityGiving, welcomed Larson to this new role.

“Her dedication to community impact and her vision for fostering generosity align perfectly with the Foundation’s mission,” he said. “We are confident that under Erin’s leadership, the CFCC will continue to thrive and grow.”
