Carver County invites the public to attend an open house March 25 to learn about upcoming Highway 5 construction in Chanhassen and Victoria.

Location: MacMillan Auditorium, University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum (3675 Arboretum Dr., Chaska, MN)
There will be no formal presentation. The open house will provide information on construction staging, detours and access changes. Project staff will be available throughout the event to answer questions and discuss how construction may affect travel and nearby properties. For those unable to attend in person, meeting materials will be posted on the project webpage following the event.
The project will expand the highway from two to four lanes west of Highway 41 in Chanhassen to downtown Victoria. Major construction on the Highway 5 Improvements Project is expected to begin in April.
