Yoga in the Park

Ease into the day with a free 45-minute community yoga session designed to wake up the body and mind. Bring a yoga mat or blanket if you’d like to sit or lie down, or simply join in standing. The session includes accessible stretches, breath awareness, and light movement to provide a grounded start to your day. Led by a local yoga teacher and volunteer water steward, this class invites connection to self, community, and nature.
