The 2026 festival is scheduled for June 26–28 and at Bender Park and downtown Henderson.
Highlights include:
- The famous sauerkraut eating contest
- A grand parade and kiddie parade, and the Owl Parade
- Miss Le Sueur-Henderson royalty coronation
- Live music and dancing throughout the weekend
- Food stands serving brats, free kraut, and other fair favorites
- Events such as: Car & Tractor cruises, mini rods, cabbage toss, bingo, and local fire department water fights & much, much more!!
- Family activities, inflatables, and games for kids
- Community gatherings with local vendors and regional visitors
- New Events: Volleyball Tournament, Hummingbird Garden Tours, Kids Pedal Pull, MIW Pro Wrestling, & Family Feud
