A Somali community forum is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at Clover Ridge Elementary School.
At the session, residents can gather information and ask questions about the upcoming $7 million operating levy referendum for the Eastern Carver County School District.
If voters approve on Nov. 4, the levy will help the district maintain current programming, following nearly $5 million in budget cuts approved for the 2025-26 school year.
