Carver County CDA Executive Director Allison Streich Appears on CCLN Podcast

Carver County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state of Minnesota. Partly because of this, the housing market has been strong and home values continue to rise aggressively, which is good news for existing home and property owners. With more than 100,000 residents today and a projected 200,000 residents by 2030, there’s no sign of slowing down.

The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) is celebrating 45 years of supporting housing affordability for homeowners and renters of Carver County this year. Formed by an act of the Minnesota State Legislature, the CDA is focused on facilitating commercial and industrial growth, marketing the county and strategic planning, in addition to enabling workforce and senior housing affordability throughout the county.

In this episode, we speak with Carver County CDA Executive Director Allison Streich about what our communities are doing to help families afford homes in our area.

Tune in and learn more about some of the impactful programs offered by the Carver County CDA and how you can support home ownership and housing opportunities in our community.
