May the Fourth Be With You! 


A spring concert presented by the Minnesota Valley Community Band

The Minnesota Valley Community Band will perform their annual spring concert Sunday, May 4 at 3 p.m. at the Chanhassen High School Auditorium. The concert, led by music director Nick Hansberry, will feature music for all ages and tastes from composers John Williams, Shelley Hanson, Percy Grainery and John Barnes Chance.

Long-time band member and composer Lon Roach will conduct his own work entitled “A Quiet Piece” and the Flutes of the Spirit+, the Minnesota Valley Woodwind Quintet and Minnesota Valley Brass Quintet will also perform in this varied program. 

There is no admission charge for this community arts event. More information is available at www.mvcb.org.
