Mayors Unite for Community Updates at Annual Luncheon


Community leaders and residents gathered for the much-anticipated Mayor’s Luncheon, hosted by the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce, on Nov. 20.

The event brought together the mayors of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver and Victoria at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater, where attendees received updates on local developments, city initiatives and the highlights of the past year.

Building Connections

Each mayor shared their city’s achievements and future goals, highlighting the collective progress and collaboration across the region. From infrastructure projects and housing developments to plans for enhancing community engagement, the discussions reflected the shared vision for growth and prosperity.

Chaska City Council Member McKayla Hatfield spotlighted the city’s downtown revitalization efforts and commitment to fostering small businesses.

Chanhassen Mayor Elise Ryan discussed ongoing improvements in parks and recreation, while Mayor Courtney Johnson of Carver emphasized the city’s rapid growth and investments in public safety.

Victoria’s Mayor Deb McMillan shared updates on transportation initiatives and new developments aimed at strengthening the local economy.
