Enjoy other free activities for the whole family! \n\n\n\nSafety demonstrations at the Fire Station will include showing how a real-life grease fire can get really big\, really quickly\, how the firefighters use the jaws of life to rescue occupants of a car\, and how first responders can use a drone in the skies of Victoria to aid in identifying fire locations in a burning building as well as help with search and rescue operations. \n\n\n\nInterested in more of a sensory-friendly experience (less noise\, less people) at the VFD Community Open House? Feel free to stop by the event earlier starting at 5:00 p.m. where you’ll be able to explore the various rescue vehicles.
