MLK Day Human Rights Celebration

The Chaska Human Rights Commission invites you to the annual MLK Day Human Rights Celebration on Monday, January 20 at the Chaska Event Center. The program will start at 7:45 a.m.
During the program, we will honor the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and recognize the recipients of the 2024 Chaska Human Rights Award.
The words of Dr. King will be featured in a keynote address by Shayla Michelle, Emmy Award-Winning Television Journalist and Author of “Echo In The Distance”.
The Chaska Human Rights award ceremony will recognize past recipients and announce the winner of the 2024 award.
Come to this annual event to connect with members of the Chaska Community! There will be light breakfast, coffee, and water served. The event is free, and all are welcome to attend!
