FireFly Viewing Night

Event Description:
Experience the magic of summer nights at the Arboretum with hundreds of fireflies flashing through the sky. Join us after hours on select evenings to learn about these special creatures from local experts and Master Naturalists. Every week features information about the nighttime creatures that can also be spotted (or heard) during Firefly Viewing Nights. Bring your family and friends and marvel at the wonder of these glowing winged beetles, also known as lightning bugs. You’ll be able to pick from a few trail options for hikes. We’ll kick off every evening with an outdoor program in the Sensory Garden parking lot. Reserve your tickets soon!
Online advance tickets are required for this event. Tickets will not be available at the gate.
