Feeling Ruffled About Roundabouts? Chaska Construction Continues

Though school is back in session, road construction – especially on the new roundabouts – continues in Chaska.

The good news is that a longer segment of Engler Boulevard (Highway 10) recently opened. The segment between Bavaria Road and White Oak Drive has been restored for drivers, though minimal work will continue without impacting traffic.

In other news, take note of the following updates:

  • Bavaria Road and Engler Boulevard: Though the roundabout is currently open, it will be closed from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6 to complete permanent striping work. Watch for posted detours.
  • Hwy 41 (Chestnut) and Engler Boulevard: Construction is behind schedule. Originally planned to be open by the beginning of the school year, it’s now forecast for late September (depending on the weather). To access schools in that area (La Academia, Chaska Middle School West, and Chaska Middle School East), refer to color coded maps.
