The Carver County Library will present a series of performers as part of the “Color Our World” Summer Reading Program.
The Rex and Mr. Fox Show
- Thursday, June 26 at 11 a.m. at Chanhassen
Twin Cities-based authors and illustrators David La Rochelle and Mike Wohnoutka will present a silly storytime with their latest picture books featuring Rex and Mr. Fox. Help Mike as he creates amazing pictures right before your eyes!
Carver County’s favorite Bill the Juggler returns with three big shows:
- Monday, June 23 at 11:30 a.m. at Victoria or Chaska on
- Wednesday, June 25 at 11:00 at Chaska
- Tuesday, July 15 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Chanhassen
A naturalist from Lowry Nature Center:
- Monday, July 7 at 11:30 a.m. will be at Victoria
- Tuesday, July 8 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Chanhassen
- Wednesday, July 9 at 11 a.m. at Chaska
Rose Oyamot, Aloha Storytime
- Monday, July 21 at 11:30 a.m. at Victoria
Sing along with Ms. Rose and her ukulele to explore stories and interactive songs celebrating Asian, Pacific Islander and Native Hawaiian heritage.
Carlson’s Llovable Llamas (outside of the library!)
- Wednesday, July 23 at 2 p.m. at Chaska
Meet these gentle, fluffy friends up close, snap some adorable photos and discover fascinating llama facts! This event will be held at the green space across from the library on the corner of north Pine Street and west 4th Street
Brodini Magic Show

- Monday, July 28 at 11 a.m. at Victoria
- Tuesday, July 29 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Chanhassen
- Wednesday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at Chaska
