Frank served in the Marine Corps. He enjoyed reading, singing, traveling, and visiting historic landmarks with his wife, Carole. Franc was dedicated to serving his Heavenly Father. He previously lived in Chaska and worked at Mystic Casino for many years.

Frank is survived by his wife, Carole Sotis;
his son, Clifford “Loni” Sotis, and wife Kerry Sotis;
stepchildren, Frank Lane and Nancy Berglund;
eight grandchildren;
and eleven great-grandchildren.
