Carver County Annual Property Tax Statements Mailed to Property Owners

CHASKA, MINN. – Carver County’s annual 2025 property tax statements and 2026 assessor’s valuation notices were mailed to property owners on March 24, 2025.

Payments are due in two installments. Recipients should check their tax statement for the correct due dates to avoid penalty.

Visit www.carvercountymn.gov to sign up for payment reminders, which are sent approximately two weeks and one week prior to the payment due dates. Penalties must be applied to late payments. Penalty rates are located on the back of the statement.

Review your valuation notice upon receipt, as it contains time-sensitive information. The market value and classification listed on the notice will be used to calculate your property taxes payable in 2026.

For questions regarding property valuation or classification, contact the Carver County Assessor’s Office at 952-361-1960 or assessment@carvercountymn.gov.

Printable copies of tax statements and valuation notices will be posted on the website in April. If you are a property owner and have not received a 2025 property tax statement, please call 952-361-1910 or email custsvc@carvercountymn.gov

Property owners are able to receive annual property tax notices, property tax statements and valuation notices electronically through eNoticesOnline. Instructions for registering are included in the mailing.
