SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce, Chaska Parks and Rec Host Health & Wellness Expo

The SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Chaska Parks and Recreation, hosted the Health & Wellness Expo on Jan. 11. This event, both educational and engaging, took place at the Chaska Community Center and was designed to inspire attendees to prioritize their health and wellness in the new year.

The Expo featured a variety of vendors, workshops and demonstrations focused on physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and overall well-being. Attendees had the chance to connect with local businesses and organizations offering resources and services to support their wellness journeys.

This year’s event was sponsored by Wings Credit Union and Choices Psychotherapy. As the top sponsors, their support ensured a high-quality experience for attendees and highlights their commitment to fostering a healthier community.

“We were thrilled to partner with Chaska Parks and Rec to bring this event to life,” said Steve Curtis, president of the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce. “Our goal was to provide a space where community members can discover new ways to improve their health while connecting with local experts and businesses dedicated to wellness.”

The Health & Wellness Expo was free and open to the public.
